CR and I put old memories to rest and reclaimed Dallas as our own this past weekend. We rented over-the-top suites at The Melrose that would make your grandma proud, ordered up champagne, ate fabulastic dinners, and shopped until our credit cards exploded. All the while spreading our personalities in every possible establishement we could find.
We learned three very important things:
1. 'Tranny' and 'fierceness' can be mutually exclusive
2. Peepholes and Piper, not a good mix.
3. Mr. Chrispy Hoover is, in fact, as white as he sounds.
Sure the Dallas Thousandares threw us some tude, but we met it with our own brand of Im-out-of-town-and-I-dont-give-a-shit humor and everyone walked away with smiles on thier faces.
